Excellent Central Location

central location helpful staff clean rooms

the hotel's location is really good! i had the royal palace practically at my doorstep and access to major attractions was easy. the staff impressed me with their kindness and readiness to assist. the rooms maintained a high standard of cleanliness.

I noticed slight wear in some areas of the room decor. Still, it did not significantly detract from my overall experience.

The location proved central. Access to everything felt effortless. the room was super clean, a true sanctuary. the staff displayed such kindness. Their helpfulness shone.

dated decor green rug

the location was good for getting around and seeing the sights.

the room decor felt very dated and not relaxing , with an odd color scheme and a green rug that seemed out of place. it gave a sense of not being very clean , i found myself wanting to spend as little time in the room as possible.

I found my room a bit disappointing. The bed was quite uncomfortable, really. I also found the temperature in the room difficult to regulate. It was either too hot or too cold, and I couldn't find a happy medium. This made sleeping a bit of a challenge!

amazing experience in the heart of the city!!!

best location friendly staff comfortable bed accommodating staff

I loved the location near the royal castle. It was the best! the reception staff were super friendly. They even lent me a phone charger. my room had a big, comfortable bed. the staff were accommodating. They helped out a couple of seniors with no trouble at all.
